After the successful launch last year of tHRive, ROC’s SAP HCM On Demand Platform, ROC has released a tHRive On Premise Usability Suite for existing SAP customers who also need to improve Usability for Employees, Line Managers and HR Administrators.

“It was becoming increasingly evident that the Usability and Adoption of Software were key challenges for existing On Premise SAP HCM users as well. There are many SAP customers who need to widen the reach of their SAP HCM footprint within the organisation” says Damian Williams, VP of tHRive On Premise Solutions. “The tHRive Usability components underpinning our SAP HCM On Demand platform are built in the latest version (EC6), it was a logical step to release tHRive as an On Premise Usability Suite. We are also seeing lots of interest for tHRive On Premise from organisations implementing SAP HCM for the first time as well, as they really need to maximise employee adoption in order to drive out the business benefits that support the investment case.”

A number of customers are operational with both tHRive On Premise and tHRive On Demand solutions. ROC continues its global expansion from its European and US headquarters with Damian Williams moving to the Asia Pacific region where the ROC sees exciting growth opportunities.
